We don't deploy a bot we wouldn't be comfortable showing your grandmother. If the language quality slips, you tell us and we re-tune at no charge.

Care plans and AI subscriptions are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You own the website outright on launch day — even if you cancel the care plan, the site stays yours. We hand over the code, the domain, and the hosting login. No hostage-taking.

Not yet. Georgian speech-to-text isn't quite production-ready in 2026 — it works for English and Russian, but the Georgian models still mishear too often for us to put them in front of a real customer. We'd rather wait than ship something embarrassing. The chat-based AI Receptionist covers the same use cases reliably.

In most cases, yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Salesforce, and most modern booking engines out of the box. For older or custom CRMs, we write the integration as part of the setup fee. We'll tell you on the discovery call whether your stack is supported.

Websites: 2 — 4 weeks from contract to live. Chatbots: 1 — 2 weeks for setup, then a 1-week pilot. AI Employees: 3 — 4 weeks total, including the pilot phase. The contract has a fixed delivery date, so you can plan around it.

Pricing is anchored in USD because most of our infrastructure cost is in USD (Cloudflare, AI APIs, SaaS tools). We invoice in either currency at your preference, converted at the National Bank of Georgia rate on the invoice date. No hidden FX margin.
